[Ite-lnx-announce] Improved and faster login experience on Ubuntu 20

Hi,

Linux clients running Ubuntu 20.04LTS managed by ITE linux had for some 
time experienced very long login times as well as long time when the 
screensaver was unlocked. We have today started to push out a change in 
the behavior we hope will reduce these effects a lot. The modification 
has behaved very well in our test environments. Enjoy!
