Välkommen på KU-seminarium med mirko nikolić!

mirko nikolić works through different modes of collaboration and entanglement. In recent projects, these collaborations have been occupied with anti-extractivism, healing and regeneration in the wastelands of colonial-capitalist modernity, and multispecies commoning. This praxis moves transversally between arts and different disciplines of humanities, and materialises in writings, place-based performances and cultural organising. Current collaborations involve Arendse Krabbe, Dori O., Elin Már Øyen Vister, Pluriversal Radio, Sam Skinner. mirko holds a PhD from the University of Westminster, and is now a postdoc at IKOS with an artistic research project water is (non)life: de-extractivist poetics in the semi-periphery. This presentation will present mirko's artistic research, see the attached file.
