What can a design approach to public sector innovation contribute and how does it work in practice? This talk reflects on the approaches chosen by the Chilean Laborio Gobierno and the Brazilian Ministry of Planning, Budget and Management.
Both have consciously began to work with design methods and design principles to support their internal innovation efforts and to integrate innovation initiatives across government. The presentation will share some of the insights, challenges and opportunities
for design theory and design practice.
