to be a PI in a project with scholars from the "global" north? How colonial and gender practices unfold into international "collaboration"? In this conversation she will talk about geopolitical and gendered divisions of labour in research as well as on embodied
practices of fieldwork and project managing collaboration. Her presentation is based on/inspired by her own experiences as a woman/feminist from the global South who has engaged in North-South research "collaborations". ’<o:p></o:p></span></p>

is an anthropologist and holds a PhD in Education. She is a feminist scholar working on technologies and knowledge dialogues. Her current research interests include handmade textiles as technologies of knowledge and care. She is also a co-founder of Artesanal
Tecnológica and she is Associate Professor at the School of Gender Studies at the National University of Colombia. She is interested in transdisciplinary work from which to explore methodologies that enable transformative research and pedagogies.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

enfoca sus intereses de investigación en los haceres textiles artesanales como tecnologías de conocimiento y cuidado. Ella es co-fundadora de Artesanal Tecnológica y su casa académica es la Escuela de Estudios de Género en la Universidad Nacional de Colombia.
También le interesa el trabajo transdisciplinar para desde allí explorar metodologías que posibiliten investigaciones y pedagogías transformadoras.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
