Who and what is remembered in public space and how are these commutations commissioned and given shape? Newly hired associate professor Rebecka Katz Thor will present her ongoing research on the constructions of cultural memory, public memory and monuments in Sweden and beyond. She will address possible concepts and the notion of repair as central for an engaged memory work.
