We are happy to invite you to
the Fifth Nordic Conference on Adult Learning on March 5-6th 2013

The deadline for abstracts draws nearer: January 3rd 2013

The theme of the conference is "A Theory of Practice".
We hope to create a meeting point between researchers and practitioners where we can inspire interesting and useful discussions on the effect of theory and research on practice, and the inspiration practice gives to theory and research on adult learning in its widest scope.

We are expecting two very interesting keynote presentations from professor Andreas Fajes of Linköping University, Sweden  and Ingibjörg Elsa Guðmundsdóttir of the Education and Training Service Centre  in Iceland. The conference will be summarized in a fishbowl discussion led by professor Bjarne Wahlgren of DPU (the department of education of Aarhus University Denmark)

We welcome presentations on finished or on-going research and theory-building on adult learning as well as presentations on practical cases where research or theory has inspired a specific practice, with the aim of creating interesting discussions about the relationship between theory and practice.
