To Measure Racism

Edda Manga, Researcher, Mångkulturellt centrum and Mattias Gardell, professor, CEMFOR, Uppsala University, present their new book which examines the question on how to “measure” racism, from a set of theoretical and historical perspectives. They also offer a practical suggestion for how to measure the effects of racism for different groups: the so called: Balingsholmsmodellen.

The attached text is a an excerpt from their new book, Introduction and chapter 1. It is in Swedish, but the seminar will however be held in English.
